Kristen is a registered physiotherapist and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Kristen has worked in Niagara and within general orthopaedics since 2013. She opened Grand Core Physiotherapy in September of 2021. In addition to treating orthopaedic conditions, Kristen is a Level 2 Trained Provider in SHIFT Concussion Management.
Kristen graduated from McMaster University with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2013. Prior to, she graduated with Honours from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology. While attending Brock, Kristen worked as a student Athletic Therapist for the Men’s Baseball Team. Additionally, she gained experience working with the St. Catharine’s Spartans Junior “B” Lacrosse Team.
Born and raised in Niagara, she is proud to serve the region.
As an athlete, Kristen played competitive fastball for twenty years. She swam competitively during highschool, played recreational hockey, and was an avid dancer. Also, as a hobbie and with family, Kristen enjoys slalom and barefoot water skiing.
Kristen is also a mom of two and enjoys travelling and camping with her family.
