Stephanie graduated with honours from D’Youville College in 2017 - she majored in Exercise and Sports Studies and minored in Nutrition. In 2020, she had earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Her holistic approach combines hands-on manual therapy with exercise, ensuring her clients achieve their unique goals and feel empowered in their recovery.
